Acupuncture

Contemporary medical acupuncture is a precise peripheral nerve stimulation technique in which fine solid needles are inserted into specific locations with or without electricity for the therapeutic purpose of modulating abnormal activity of the nervous system. Electro acupuncture involves passing a pulsed current through the body via acupuncture needles.

Over 200 hours of instruction and practice is required by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
